Tailored hospitality products that reflect your brand
At B-TRAY, we specialise in bespoke hotel room supplies that elevate both the guest experience and your brand identity. Whether you’re looking to adjust an existing item or develop a completely new design, our team is ready to help you create tailored solutions that blend elegance, durability and functionality. We understand that every hotel has its own story, and our products are designed to complement that narrative — from boutique retreats to international chains.
From concept to creation: a seamless design process
Our design process begins with close collaboration between your team and ours. We listen carefully to your needs, then translate them into a detailed proposal with optional 3D visualisations. This allows you to preview the final result before production begins, ensuring that every detail aligns with your interior concept. In addition, we work directly with trusted manufacturers to guarantee seamless integration and consistent quality across all rooms.
Customization options that enhance the guest experience
You can choose from a wide range of colours, textures and finishes — whether you prefer smooth faux leather, grainy surfaces or something entirely unique. We also offer logo placement, bespoke sizing and material upgrades. For example, a hospitality tray can be transformed into a branded centrepiece, while a tissue box cover can subtly reinforce your visual identity. As a result, each item becomes part of a cohesive, high-end guestroom experience.
Built to perform: durability meets design
Moreover, our bespoke hotel room supplies are built to meet the demands of daily hospitality use. They are easy to clean, resistant to wear and designed to maintain their aesthetic appeal over time. This combination of practicality and refinement makes them ideal for hotels that value both design and performance.
