For standard products, there is no minimum order quantity — you can order just one product if you like. For customized products (e.g. with logo or bespoke design), a minimum order quantity applies. Contact us for details or a tailored quote.

We keep our standard B-TRAY products in stock and ship worldwide — delivery times depend on your location, but we aim to dispatch quickly. For customized products (e.g. with logo or bespoke design), the delivery time is approximately 16 weeks, as these are made to order.

B-TRAY offers a standard 2-year warranty on all B-TRAY products.

Yes, we ship globally and work with reliable logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Yes, most models are equipped with a smart anti-theft lock. With this lock you can easily attach the cable of the kettle power base to the base of the tray.

Hair dryers for hotels

Yes, the SOLANO is specifically designed for hospitality environments and meets all relevant safety standards, including CE, CB, GS, and RoHS certifications.

Yes, the SOLANO hair dryer can be mounted on the wall. While it doesn’t come with a wall holder as standard, a matching wall mount is available as an optional accessory. This allows for secure, space-saving installation—ideal for hotel bathrooms looking for both functionality and a tidy appearance.

Use the optional black velvet storage bag or keep it in a closed drawer with the cord retracted to protect it from dust.

To extend the cord: Simply pull the power cord out of the dryer to your desired length. It will lock into place automatically.

To retract the cord: Press the cable rewinder button (“PRESS”). The cord will automatically wind back into the housing. For safety, it’s best to guide the cord gently with your hand as it retracts—this prevents it from snapping back too quickly.

Ironing products for hotels

B-TRAY offers two types of hotel irons, each designed with both guest comfort and hotel safety in mind:

Dry Iron – A compact, user-friendly model with 1000W power, a non-stick soleplate, and overheating protection. Ideal for quick touch-ups and simple operation.

Steam Iron – Offers powerful steam output for smoother results, with a concealed heating element and automatic shut-off for added safety.

You can choose what fits your hotel best. We offer individual irons and ironing boards, as well as complete ironing stations that include all components in one integrated set.

Yes, for added safety and energy efficiency, the iron automatically shuts off after 30 seconds when left unattended on its soleplate and after 8 minutes in an upright position.

Laptop safes for hotels

Yes, the safe has an administrator mode with access to unlocking records (audit trail), ideal for hotel management.

Absolutely. It comes with pre-drilled anchor holes and 6 fixing bolts for secure installation in closets or furniture.

Hotel staff can access the safe using a master key or an administrator code. An optional CEU handheld decoder is also available for emergency power and data access.

Yes, the administrator mode allows hotel staff to view unlocking records for added security and accountability.

Luggage racks for hotels

Our luggage racks are available in three high-quality finishes:

  • Powder-coated steel – sleek, modern, and resistant to scratches and corrosion.
  • Stainless steel – highly durable and ideal for a minimalist or high-end aesthetic.

Depending on the model, the rack is fitted with either three straps—available in nylon or premium leather—or with four fixed nylon straps for added stability and uniformity. Both options are designed to withstand daily use in hospitality settings while allowing you to coordinate with your room décor and durability needs.

Yes, model STAND+ is equipped with a backrest to protect the wall from scratches or marks caused by suitcases.
