At B-TRAY, we only select the best materials for our products. They must be reliable, safe, and strong to withstand intensive use in hotels. We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products.
Customers appreciate us for our fast response time. Whether it’s a question, a quotation request, or a complaint, we always respond within one working day, and usually in as little as two hours.
We are very proud of our well-stocked Netherlands-based warehouse. In 95% of cases, B-TRAY products are in stock for immediate shipment. Our company cooperates with reliable logistic partners to ship your products as quickly as possible. Wherever you are located in the world!
Our prices are very competitive, thanks to our in-house design, production, and sales.
Our products go through a rigorous testing process, to guarantee maximum safety for your guests and staff. They are approved by all major testing, inspection, and certification companies, such as Intertek and Bureau Veritas.

How it all began
B-TRAY is a Dutch family owned business with years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry. Our journey started in 2008 as a supplier of in-house designed and manufactured hospitality trays. When the first B-TRAY hospitality tray was created in 2008, we laid down the foundation of our success. Because of all the positive feedback and the great demand for luxury in-room products, we gradually started designing and developing more and more coffee and tea trays alongside other hotel room accessories. We extended our range with luggage racks, ironing centres, hair dryers, and bathroom scales.

B-TRAY has grown from a local supplier to a global player in the field of luxury in-room accessories. With the help of our large network of international clients, hospitality professionals and resellers, we are proud to do business in more than 100 countries! Our reference list includes some of the finest hotels in the world. In addition to (international) hotel chains, individual hotels, and cruise companies, we are increasingly supplying service-oriented institutions such as hospitals, nursing homes, and universities.

Large inventory - Fast delivery
We are proud of our well-stocked Netherlands-based product warehouse. It measures nearly 1000m², providing a total storage capacity of 650 pallets (around 60,000 products!). So, whether you want to order 1 or 500 pieces, in 95% of cases our standard hotel products are stock for immediate shipment.
Because B-TRAY cooperates with reliable logistic partners, we can ship our orders very quickly. Direct logistic services from our own warehouse ensure a fast and safe delivery. We deliver them at the right time and place in a cost-effective way and to the satisfaction of our customers.

We want to contribute to a healthier climate and a greener planet by supplying eco-friendly “green” hotel room products. Our hotel supplies are made to minimise their impact on the planet. From packaging to power consumption, each detail is carefully conceived to protect the environment.
B-TRAY & WeCycle
B-TRAY is a member of the Dutch non-profit WEEE recycling network, WeCycle. WeCycle ensures waste electrical equipment is collected responsibly and optimally processed into new raw materials. In this way, we contribute to a circular economy.
B-TRAY & WeForest
A few years ago, we started a partnership with WeForest.org, an international organisation dedicated to planting trees and bringing back forests to make the earth cooler, alleviate poverty, and restore ecosystems. How does B-TRAY help? For every five wooden hospitality trays or three luggage racks sold, we plant a tree in Zambia or India. The total number of trees donated by B-TRAY is 10,307!
Through our eco-friendly products, our partnership with WeForest, and our contribution to Wecycle, B-TRAY is committed to helping to reduce the impact on the environment.
